STATEMENT FROM JUKEDOCK
Since I started off 'Jukedock' a good few years ago, I have seen a dramatic change in the market place for jukebox products.
I am now finding it very difficult to sell my high quality refurbished and guaranteed products. So many people have jumped on the 'eBay' bandwagon selling equipment quite frankly, I would not break up for spare parts.
Of course in this life, you get what you pay for. Which is proven still today with the phone calls I receive in the vain off 'I bought this jukebox from a guy on eBay, he told me I wouldn't have any problems with it - but it has started to skip and jump and now he tells me its £200 for a new laser.' or the other one 'I bought this from ------- and they dont want to know now its gone wrong'
Sadly - too many people look at the PRICE and not the QUALITY SERVICE. With this in mind, I can not carry on selling jukeboxes unless I go down to other 'traders' level and sell rubbish (i.e. unrefurbished, bodged up goods) - which my pride and honour will not let me do.
Rest assured IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A MACHINE FROM ME, I will still honour warranties and look after you as a customer.
I wish to thank all of my customers who have purchased from me over the last few years.
I WILL SELL THE ODD MACHINE NOW AND AGAIN but nowhere near to the same level as I have been doing.
Instead - I will be concentrating on REPAIRING JUKEBOXES and PINBALLS.
